Mission statement:

Vision statement:

To establish Kimbella Rose Experience as the go to hair business for natural textures and to create a better hair day, everyday!  

Why did I rebrand again? 

For years I was unsure of who’s my target audience, continuously trying to find my place in a world filled with a plethora of hair businesses. Therefore, that left me feeling lost and realizing trying to be for everyone isn’t the way to go! I prayed about why I felt so empty in a business that I have so much passion for! Eventually, God opened my eyes not only pertaining to my audience but also to see something that I was having difficulty with myself!

I have natural hair, and I would have bad hair days a lot . Even though I love wigs, our climate discourages me from slaying them on myself regularly. Furthermore, I also work at an establishment where I’m stationed outside frequently. So I’m sure you understand! 

For a while, I’ve been rotating 3-4 styles (with my natural hair only) for about a year straight until I got bored of it! I then tried Kinky Straight hair bundles for the first time and fell inlove! To be able to embrace my natural hair with some extra inches THAT MATCHED, was astonishing! It got me thinking, a lot of women are natural and may want to enhance their natural hair or simply just tired of bad hair days! Whether they’re looking for volume, length or even have trouble finding hair extensions that matches their leave out etc. I’d love to help them rock their natural hair with extensions, THAT ACTUALLY MATCH confidently!

Back story:

If you did not know we were formally known as Blackrose Mink Collection. “Blackrose” was inspired by a quote written by Segovia Amil, “ It was in my flaws, I found a much deep truth- and it was from them I bloomed; A Blackrose. To me that screamed growth, rebirth and change for the better. So I did just that. 

I made my first wig in January 2017. Hair services have gotten quite expensive and motivated me to start creating my own wigs. Shortly afterwards I was receiving compliments, followed by requests from friends and colleagues to make wigs for them as well. I didn’t look at it as a business for me yet.

I started selling lashes in July 2018 when Blackrose was first created.  Hair bundles followed then just solely focused on wig making, realizing I need to stop being afraid and embrace the gift that God has given to me. With research, determination & the grace of God I overcame my fears. I started off hand stitching but end up taking a sewing machine course to upgrade my skills in 2019.

The new name Kimbella Rose was inspired by my middle name. I still wanted to incorporate the Blackrose but it sounded so much better with just the rose at the end.

I offer a variety of styles to compliment each customers specific needs. Each wig is made using specific head measurements of our clients. I was always very passionate about my company and take pride in prestige customer service.
